A great reason to come to Holon!

Three years ago, an enchanting complex was constructed in the center of the famous Peres Park in Holon. The complex includes an artificial lake, waterfalls, a mini-amusement park and many more attractions and surprises.

On the second floor, with a huge veranda overlooking this beautiful landscape - we opened the Silo Restaurant.

In the center and heart of the restaurant is a taboon oven imported especially from Italy, that adds charm to every focaccia :)

The restaurant serves Italian food with Mediterranean twists, a cuisine based on uncompromising freshness, with all the ingredients for the dishes produced locally.

Here, we knead the dough for the pizzas and prepare our special desserts step by step, without cutting corners or shortcuts.

The restaurant is open all week long, until the last customer. Silo is the perfect place to enjoy a rich morning brunch on weekends, and an excellent business lunch or a dinner on the shores of the lake.

Different, specialized menus are offered for all hours of the day, with dishes suited to the time of the day.

The open summer bar, with a view of the park, is a focal point attracting people that love to go out and have a good time, from Holon and the entire central region.

In addition, the restaurant also operates a deli offering a variety of specialty and high-quality products.

Silo welcomes you from Sunday to Thursday for lunch specials from 12:00 to 17:00, with the evening menu available until the last customer.

In addition, on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays we offer an all-day brunch with a buffet of delicacies, Fridays from 8:00 and Saturdays from 9:00.

We also host private and business events.

The Silo restaurant in the La Park complex of Holon's Peres Park is the creation of the Café Gan Sipur Group and interior designer Leticia Belchovitz.
